Shipping Policy
All tangible items sold will be shipped directly from IPAssets or the stated shipping center. We do our best to get items safely prepared for shipping and most order are shipped within 2-3 business days. All accompanying digital assets will be sent after the physical items have been verified to arrive. Digital only assets are typically sent in less than 48 hours to the comparable blockchain wallet address. Please see product information for what blockchain the digital asset is on to ensure compatible addresses.

All sales are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted unless otherwise stated by IPAssets.

All digital assets are either fungible or non-fungible depending on the product being sold. In no way are any of the digital assets IPAssets produces considered securities, bonds, money or any other regulated asset. IPAssets does not provide any legal or financial advice. All Buyers and Sellers ofIPAssets' products take full responsibility for their use and management after the point of sale. All buyers should acknowledge that owning a digital asset means you are the sole custodian of the product and therefore are solely responsible for its ownership and IPAssets is unable or may be unable to assist you in obtaining digital assets that are transferred mistakenly or fraudulently.
